We are a small, multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic. Our chartered physiotherapists and sports rehabilitators use a wide range of manual techniques, including mobilisation, spinal and peripheral manipulation and massage, combined with exercise therapy and supported by electrotherapy equipment. Where it helps, we add acupuncture or dry needling for pain relief.
Our treatments
Back, neck and joint pain
Hands-on treatment and a clear exercise plan for muscle, joint, tendon and nerve pain anywhere in the body.
Sports injuries
From a pulled hamstring to an ACL repair, we get you back to your sport stronger and less likely to get injured again.
Rehab after surgery
Structured rehabilitation after joint replacement, ligament repair, fracture fixation and other orthopaedic surgery, at the clinic or at home.

Fine, sterile, single-use needles used by trained physiotherapists to ease pain, alongside hands-on treatment and exercise.

How treatment sessions work
Your first appointment is a full assessment of about an hour, including your first treatment. Follow-up sessions take 45 to 50 minutes. For assessment of the back or pelvis you may need to undress to shorts and a T-shirt, so wear or bring something comfortable. You are welcome to bring a chaperone to any appointment.

Common questions
Which treatment do I need?
You do not need to choose. Book an initial assessment and your physiotherapist will recommend the right mix of hands-on treatment, exercise, needling or equipment for your problem.
Do you use exercise or just hands-on treatment?
Both. Hands-on techniques such as mobilisation, manipulation and massage ease pain and stiffness, and a tailored exercise programme makes the improvement last.
Can I combine acupuncture with physiotherapy?
Yes. Our physiotherapists are trained to use acupuncture and dry needling alongside other treatment, usually to ease pain so that exercise is easier.
