Common questions
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem. Many people with a recent strain or sprain need three to six sessions; longer-standing or post-surgery problems usually need more. We will give you an estimate at your first appointment and review it as you progress.
Do you charge for missed appointments?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be charged in full.
Can I claim the cost back from my insurer?
Usually, yes. We can invoice many insurers directly, or give you a receipt to claim back. Check your policy first, as some need a GP referral or an authorisation number.
