What we treat
Most people come to us with pain that is stopping them working, sleeping, training or getting about. We find the cause, treat it with our hands and the right equipment, and give you a plan you can follow at home.
Back, neck and joint pain
Hands-on treatment and a clear exercise plan for muscle, joint, tendon and nerve pain anywhere in the body.
Sports injuries
From a pulled hamstring to an ACL repair, we get you back to your sport stronger and less likely to get injured again.
Rehab after surgery
Structured rehabilitation after joint replacement, ligament repair, fracture fixation and other orthopaedic surgery, at the clinic or at home.
Acupuncture and dry needling
Fine, sterile, single-use needles used by trained physiotherapists to ease pain, alongside hands-on treatment and exercise.
Sports massage
Deep, targeted soft tissue work from clinicians who understand anatomy and injury, not just relaxation.
Electrotherapy
Equipment-based treatments used alongside hands-on therapy and exercise to ease pain, relax muscle spasm and help muscles work again.
What happens at your first visit
- We listenYour physiotherapist asks how the problem started, what makes it better or worse, and what you want to get back to.
- We examineWe test movement, strength, joints and nerves, and look at how the rest of your body is compensating.
- We explain and treatYou leave knowing what is wrong, having had your first treatment, with exercises written down for you.
- We planWe agree how many sessions are likely and what progress should look like, so you are never left guessing.
Physio at home, if getting here is hard
For patients recovering from a stroke, a fall, a hospital stay or major surgery, we come to you. Home visits cover Ilford, Redbridge and nearby parts of East London, and families tell us the progress updates matter as much as the treatment.
Insured, self-pay or a legal claim
We are recognised by the major health insurers and can invoice them directly. If you have been injured in an accident and have a solicitor, we invoice them or the case manager so you can concentrate on getting better.

Questions patients ask before booking
Do I need a GP referral to book?
No. You can book yourself in for private physiotherapy. Some insurance policies ask for a GP or specialist referral before they will pay, so check yours if you are claiming.
How long is the first appointment?
The first appointment takes about an hour. It covers a full assessment, an explanation of what is going on, your first treatment and a plan with exercises. Follow-up sessions last about 45 to 50 minutes.
How much does physiotherapy cost?
An initial consultation and follow-up sessions are £60 each. Acupuncture or dry needling starts at £65 for the first session, and home visits are £110. Full details are on our prices page.
Can I see a female physiotherapist?
Yes. Ask for a female physiotherapist when you book online or by phone and we will arrange it.
Where do patients park?
There is limited parking at the clinic and unrestricted street parking nearby. Gants Hill station on the Central line is a 10 to 15 minute walk, and several bus routes stop close by.
