Who we share it with
Only where needed: your insurer, solicitor, case manager or employer when they are paying for or have referred your care; your GP or consultant with your agreement; and service providers who host our website and email under contract. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for the periods recommended for health records. Online booking records are deleted automatically after [24] months.
