Appointments
A first appointment is about 60 minutes and follow-ups about 45 to 50 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early. During some assessments you may be asked to undress to shorts and a T-shirt; we will always explain why first. A chaperone is welcome at any appointment.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be charged at the full fee.
Payment
Self-pay appointments are paid at each visit. We will give you a receipt you can use to claim from your insurer or cash plan.
Health insurance
If we invoice your insurer, you must have an authorisation number before treatment. You are responsible for any excess, shortfall or sessions your insurer does not cover. Neither the clinic nor any individual therapist can be held responsible for non-payment of claims.
Personal injury cases
Where a solicitor, case manager or insurer has agreed to pay, we invoice them directly. If they later decline, we will discuss the position with you before further treatment.
