Common questions
How long does whiplash last?
Many people feel much better within a few weeks, and most recover within three months. Staying gently active and keeping the neck moving helps.
Should I wear a neck collar?
Usually not. Keeping the neck moving gently is better for recovery than holding it still, unless a doctor has told you otherwise.
Can my solicitor pay for whiplash physiotherapy?
Yes. If you have a claim, we can invoice your solicitor, case manager or insurer directly once the treatment is agreed.
When should I go to A&E after a car accident?
Go to A&E if you have severe neck pain, numbness or weakness in your arms or legs, a severe headache, confusion or you lost consciousness.
